How do I report something that isn’t working?
Email kibiwottderick@gmail.com with what you saw, what you expected, and your browser and Cleaner Tube version. A short screen recording or screenshot helps a lot when the issue is visual.
Can I suggest a feature?
Yes — suggestions are welcome. Tell us what you want to do on YouTube and why the current behaviour gets in the way.
Do you have a help centre or live chat?
Email is the only support channel right now, which keeps things simple and private. Write to kibiwottderick@gmail.com and you’ll get a reply by email.
Will you need my YouTube account?
No. Cleaner Tube doesn’t use accounts, so never send passwords, cookies or account details. Anything you send is read only to help with your request.
